DESCRIPTION:

Preparation of an expanded Environmental Assessment Form (Part 1 with Section D on additional information) in support of a petition to the Village of Lynbrook requesting an amendment of Section 252-118 with regard to Adult Homes and a Special Use Permit for 100-unit Adult Home with an Enriched Housing Program, per new state regulations effective July 1, 2005.  The EAF addressed environmental factors expected to be of significant concern regarding the differences between existing Adult Homes and proposed facilities with the revised code seeking an Adult Home with an Enriched Housing Program.  Attended the Board of Trustees meeting at the Lynbrook Village Hall.
