DESCRIPTION: |
JAC Planning Corp. conducted a Phase I
Environmental Site Assessment of said property and an adjacent
agricultural lot. The purpose of this evaluation is to primarily
identify recognized environmental conditions and to provide a due
diligence investigation of the potential liabilities which may be
present on or near the subject property. This land is formerly
agricultural land that was likely subject to the application of
pesticides, and since nearby agricultural land has been identified with
soils exceeding background levels of lead and arsenic, it is recommended
that soil sampling be conducted to identify any residual contamination.
None of the record
searches, interviews, or the site reconnaissance resulted in a finding
that would be considered a known or suspect recognized environmental
condition under standard practice.
