DESCRIPTION: |
JAC Planning Corp. was retained by
the Central Suffolk Hospital to conduct 3 Phase I environmental
assessment for the hospital campus, 2.8 acre parking area and 44-acre
agricultural property to be built on the existing hospital of 83,072
S.F. in Riverhead. The purpose of this practice is to define good
commercial and customary practice for conducting an environmental
assessment of a parcel of commercial real estate with respect to the
range of contaminants within the scope. The Phase I Environmental Site
Assessment is to identify, to the extent feasible pursuant to the
prescribed process, recognized environmental conditions in connection
with the property. The Assessment consisted of four components:
