Performed Planning and Environmental Services for 8 Bond
Street Corp. to apply to the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and
Historic Preservation (OPRHP) regarding the scope of the rehabilitation
project and the components of the work to highlight under the Federal
Tax Credit Program. Document building renovation activities, through
photographs of each element, and prepare accompanying text description.
Prepare Tax Credit Application package and supporting documents,
Reproduce building photographs and copies of the application for
submission to NYS OPRHP and the client.
