DESCRIPTION: |
JAC Planning Corp. prepared a Full Long-Form
Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) pursuant to State Environmental
Quality Review (SEQR) procedures for the proposed design services for a
Juvenile Detention Facility that was proposed to be built in Yaphank,
Suffolk County.
Services included:

made visual survey of habitat and site conditions. |
