DESCRIPTION:

Proposal for public outreach services was to identify surroundings property owners to develop key contacts and stakeholders for proposed Power Plant. Other services included:

	Identification of surroundings property owners, development of key contacts and stakeholders, including elected and state, federal and local appointed officials, civic associations, community and environmental organizations, the media the business community and area residents; and creation of a project mailing list and stakeholders to be included in the public involvement process.
	Provide to LiRo Microsoft ACCESS Database Listing of Names and Addresses of property owners within the boundary.
	Conducted on-site investigation of groundwater, soils, etc.
