JAC Planning performed a Site inspection of
the subject properties and preparation and submission of a long
Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) for a Special Use Permit and Site
Plan approval for 38,000 S.F. offices. The EAF was prepared to
incorporate the applications for both 50 and 83 Ludy Street in
Hicksville.
