DESCRIPTION:

This DSA contract provides for survey, highway design, bridge design constructability review activities for specific projects in Region 11 for relatively small projects of routine complexity such as:

	Bridge Replacements
	Bridge Inspection/Rehabilitation Design
	Minor/Moderate Highway Reconstruction
	Intersection Improvement

This assignment in which JAC Planning under Assignment No. 5 included:

	Coordinating with Community Boards No.9, No10 and No. 12.
	Arranging and attending meetings and presentation materials for meetings with the Community Boards.
	Coordination with utility companies and local community organizations and facilities (hospitals, schools, libraries) in the affected area.
