DESCRIPTION: |
To
complete the remaining portion of the DEC application and submit the
completed package to DEC. JAC Planning performed an environmental
assessment of the property, proposed project and render our opinion as
to any potential impacts associated with it.
The
following steps was performed by JAC Planning Corp.:
 | On-site
inspection of the property to determine if it contains any sensitive
vegetation. |
| A brief
review of the State DEC’s EAF with respect to the project to determine
if any questions would trigger concerns by the ZBA. |
| Review and
assess the project from a planning perspective and render an opinion
if the project would present any harm to the community in terms of
planning/zoning standards and general health, welfare and safety
concerns of the Village. Following our evaluations, we will prepare a
brief synopsis summarizing our key findings. |
| Prepare for,
attend and present expert testimony at the ZBA hearing on the
application. |
