DESCRIPTION:

Preparation of Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements to address the proposed subdivision and construction of a three-story 60,000 sq. ft. office building on a 3.85-acre site in the Village of Great Neck, New York.

 

Potential significant environmental issues addressed in the DEIS included: construction in a designated floodway, potential impact on groundwater, removal of oil contaminated soils, ecology and wetlands, water usage, surface water runoff and containment facilities, traffic and air quality.

 

Other services included:  expert testimony before Planning Board related to environmental submissions.
