Preparation of an Environmental Assessment Form
with attachments (Part III) for special use permit application to modify
an existing one-story building of approximately 120,000 sq. ft. used for
warehouse and trucking facility into a modern building to operate a
discount wholesale/retail department store.
Potential significant environmental impacts
addressed in EAF included: traffic and air quality, effects on
vegetation, sewage and water requirements, proximity to residences,
aesthetics, and provision of adequate on-site parking facilities.
Other services included: coordination with Town
Environmental Quality Review Commission on scope of environmental issues
and level of detail required for impact analysis.
