EXPERIENCE:

Technical Typist and data entry person responsible for assisting on public outreach efforts on various NYSDOT projects, including the preparation of newsletters, project-specific brochures and other media advisories disseminated to the public, as well as assisting in responding to public input regarding ongoing projects such as the Long Island Travel and Information Centers (LITIC) project. Her duties also include updating the mailing list and maintaining various PIP Reports, including newspapers articles and correspondence. She assists in arranging meeting locations for public meetings and hearings and in confirming attendance by participants, etc.

She also helps with the day-to-day operation of a Community Outreach Offices established for the NYSDOT’s LIE Bridges Rehabilitation projects, Exits 32-40, and the LIE/CIP Interchange Improvement Project, both of which include daily contact with the NYSDOT Construction staff, the project coordinator and the local communities.

Prior to working for JAC Planning Corp., Mrs. Hungria was an Operations Manager of Paul Berk Travel Agency, as an Operations Manager, she was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Travel Agency, as well as providing administrative support with weekly ARC Reports, and with staff in general.
